Kinder Gym

Children are innately more flexible than adults. However, over time, they lose this increased flexibility in exchange for increased power and agility. As children continue to grow, their graceful movements are replaced with sharp, forceful actions.
Gymnastics Fitness sustains and later develops children’s increased flexibility and agility, and gradually develops strength. The programs will also improve body posture, grace and elegance in all their movements.
Along with these physical changes, children will develop self-confidence, self-esteem, coordination, mental discipline, motivation and concentration.
These programs create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle that may last a lifetime.
There are several stages of training associated with the age and the child experience in gymnastics.

While a once a week commitment is adequate, for a faster physical transformation, gymnasts’ are encouraged to train at least two three times per week.
