Acrobatics is a specialized field in gymnastics that requires extraordinary dexterity, agility, balance and precision in every movement executed. These movements are performed both on the floor and on gymnastics equipment. Many performing artists, such as ballet dancers, figure skaters and circus performers, include acrobatic elements in their performances.

Gymnastics Fitness utilizes various forms of acrobatics in unique ways that help inexperienced beginners and refine experienced professionals already performing on stage.Every training session starts with a warm up, which prepares your muscles, joints and tendons for the varied and complex movements you will perform.Following the warm up, there is a personalized training regimen uniquely suited to your set of objectives and goals.

Training sessions range from one to two hours and is with one or sometimes two trainers. The number of training sessions is based on your wants and needs.

Price is $80 per hours.
